To Register by Mail please download the Registration & Liability form and properly fill it out. CHECKS ONLY written out to Hooks For Heroes in the proper amount committed to on the Registration Form.
Calcutta can be added or removed up to the end of the Captains Meeting on Friday August 26th at Scotty's.
If for ANY REASON you must withdraw from the tournament before the end of the captains meeting, you will recieve 100% of all registration and Calcutta fee.

Mail in Registrations MUST BE POSTMARKED BY AUGUST 18th 2023, any registrations mailed with a postmark after August 18th 2023 will not qualify to enter and will be returned to sender.
